Getting Started
How do I create a Finceos account?
Simply visit app.finceos.com and sign up with your email address or Google account. The process takes less than 2 minutes and includes account verification for security.
Is Finceos free to use?
Yes! Finceos offers a free plan that includes basic expense tracking, document upload, and AI insights. Premium plans start at $9/month for advanced features.
How do I connect my bank accounts?
Go to Settings > Connected Accounts and use our secure bank connection feature. We support over 12,000 financial institutions worldwide with bank-level security.
What types of documents can I upload?
You can upload receipts, invoices, bank statements, tax documents, insurance papers, and any financial documents in PDF, JPG, or PNG format.

How accurate is the AI document analysis?
Our AI has 99.9% accuracy in reading financial documents. It can extract amounts, dates, merchant names, and categorize expenses automatically.

How secure is my financial data?
We use bank-level AES-256 encryption, zero-knowledge architecture, and are SOC 2 Type II compliant. Your data is encrypted on your device before being stored.
Can Finceos employees see my financial information?
No. We use zero-knowledge encryption, which means even Finceos employees cannot see your financial data. Only you have access to your decrypted information.
Do you sell my data to third parties?
Never. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or financial data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is yours alone.
How can I delete my account and data?
Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. You can also export your data before deletion.
Billing & Subscriptions
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for annual subscriptions. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable but can be canceled anytime.
What happens if my payment fails?
We will attempt to charge your card 3 times over 10 days. If payment fails, your account will be downgraded to the free plan with data preserved.
